Resident Reviews

I'm very glad I moved here. If it wasn't for my very noisy upstairs neighbor aka The Stomper , I would have given a 5 star rating all the way aroundsubmitted by John R. - |Recommended: YesRent on the top floor so you don't have neighbors above you. No sound barriers between floors.
Great Property and Community- 5 Starssubmitted by Joyce S. - |Recommended: YesA two-year resident and was sad to leave but had to move for location convenience to work. Community was great-lots of energy and friendly neighbors and relatively quiet building. I lived on top floor and did not hear neighbors. The Eastbridge community team did a good job at organizing events and were always well attended. Take advantage of weekend brunch snacks in the clubhouse
Great apartment community - love living heresubmitted by Caroline C. - |Recommended: YesThere is a reason I have renewed my lease multiple times Staff is helpful and friendly, maintenance requests are resolved quickly, covered parking is always available. I've never had any problem with noise or neighbors. Would definitely recommend
Eastbridge Reviewsubmitted by Susan B. - |Recommended: YesI love living at Eastbridge. The area has a fun, laid back vibe with lots of shopping and restaurants. The apartments are fairly priced for the area and the staff is very helpful.

I really enjoy living heresubmitted by Whitney A. - |Recommended: YesIt's nice, we haven't had too many problems. There was an issue with the management trying to make people pay for covered parking for a while, which made no sense because the completely covered parking spots on the first floor of the garage were much better and weren't being charged extra to park in. We also had people come paint our balcony and move our stuff around without any notice or warning, which was frustrating because some stuff could have been damaged, and I would have been more than happy to move it away myself had I been properly informed ahead of time. Overall though, I really enjoy living here. Our neighbors are really nice, and I have made so many friends here. I really love living in a community of people that I can trust. The management really tries to promote that kind of culture here, as they sponsor multiple resident events each month that encourage residents to get to know their neighbors better. I also feel very safe here, with all the gated physical security, and an on site security guard as well. I would definitely recommend Eastbridge to anyone as a place to live
Very much worth the pricesubmitted by Joshua O. - |Recommended: YesShort walk to both Henderson and Lower Greenville. Close to everything else in Dallas. No noise from the highway, and it's in a safe, very nice part of town. Overall 5 7 would recommend.
Great and affordable property in an amazing location.submitted by Tony L. - |Recommended: YesQuiet enough to sleep, but close enough to walk wherever you need to go.
Goes above and beyond the call of dutysubmitted by Emily B. - |Recommended: YesLiving at Eastbridge has been by far one of the best decisions I have made since moving to Dallas. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Unlike other apartment complexes I have interacted with, Eastbridge genuinely cares about the residents and the experiences they have here. Even when there are inconveniences like construction , they make sure to go above and beyond to compensate for that. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well laid-out. Parking is never a problem and the surrounding neighborhood is full of charm. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
Overall great and good pricesubmitted by Caroline L. - |Recommended: YesIt's great
Great Love it heresubmitted by Allison N. - |Recommended: YesLove the location, great prices, amazing neighborhood.
Unbeatable location, surprisingly quiet, really pretty, great communitysubmitted by Julia H. - |Recommended: YesLove this complex I was expecting reasonable noise and pretty constant traffic due to its location in Knox-Henderson. But I've been super surprised -- I've never had trouble getting in or out of the garage, and I haven't once been woken up from bar noise. It's a little older of a property, but it's very pretty. I did have some small bugs in the bathroom when I moved in summer , but maintenance was quick to send someone. I also really, really have appreciated how nice my neighbors are, and that people actually show up at Eastbridge events. Overall, great place to live
I would recommend it submitted by Matthew B. - |Recommended: YesI would recommend the apartment complex depending on the rent price.
I love the layout, price and location.submitted by Jessica C. - |Recommended: YesYes, I would recommend living here. The rent is a fair amount for the location and amenities you receive. It's a quite community and everyone seems to know eachother. The age bracket is late 20's on up and everyone knows how to behave and clean up after themselves. There are a few things this community could do better... we need a trash and recycle bin at every level. We need a trash recycle bin by the mail box. We need a self serve coffee espresso bar.. like every other apartment offers as an amenity. If we are going to have events for our community that they have proper amount of food drinks for everyone. Each event I have gone to they have never had enough. Either...they make shorter event or buy more than enough. Other those few minor things... I love it here
Perfect location, great for dog-loverssubmitted by Christina T. - |Recommended: YesI love the location For dog-lovers, being within walking distance of the M Streets and Knox-Henderson is perfect. Until recently, I never heard my neighbors who have always been courteous. Management has treated me really well from the beginning. Anytime I've ever had an issue they're in touch with me same or next day to take care of anything from burnt bulbs to a leak that I had in one of my windows. Generally, it's a pretty quiet neighborhood and a less than ten minute commute Downtown. Been living here for a year now and have no real complaints so far other than sometimes there isn't enough parking in the building 1 lot, so I have to park on the street. Not a deal-breaker.
